World Within Stars Song Hye Gyo and Hyun Bin

Here are more photos released of Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin filming the very much anticipated drama Worlds Within.

Earlier, the pair were in Singapore and Bintan Island filming episodes of the much anticipated KBS drama. Now, they are back in Korea and here are pix of the two stars at the shooting location. Both SHK and Hyun Bin are working together for the first time in this drama. The pairing of these two very popular star has got many very excited.

The drama starts airing on KBS2 on 27th Oct, 2008. Are you looking forward to this one?

Rain 5th Album is out in Malaysia!

Rainism released in Malaysia on Oct 16

Rain fans in Malaysia are in for a nice treat. Warner Music Malaysia will be importing Rainism (Rain's 5th album) direct from Korea and will be releasing it here in Malaysia on October 16, 2008 (the same date as in Korea!).

The album will be available at Victoria Music station, CD Rama and other music stores. There will also be a Malaysian version which will be coming out in November, 2008. Price for this Korean version is around RM50-60 and it comes with a poster!

Rain took to stage at 8pm and opened with the title track "Rainism". Ever versatile with his hairstyles, the Energizer Bunny was wearing his hair in a slightly layered bowl cut. It makes him look a bit boyish at certain angles, but a bit sissy-ish otherwise. Dressed in a black satin suit and a bandana tied around his waist Rain grooved to the new song, flanked by familiar back-up dancers.

Rain then sang the R&B ballad Love Song. I was hoping to hear that Ha Ji Won would make a special appearance at this point, but well, she did not. However, a special guest did join Rain on stage - Kim Suna (actress from My Lovely Samsoon) danced the tango with Bi!

Miss Kim Suna has been practicing with Rain for 2 weeks prior to the performance. Here's what she has to say about her dance partner, "It's such an honor for me today to be able to share the stage together with Rain. The 2-week long rehearsal has given me such valuable memories. Rain is very graceful on stage, but off stage in the rehearsing studio he also gains my respect."

Besides Rainism and Love Story, two other new songs were introduced that night, namely Only You (a ballad) and Fresh Woman. Bi also performed old favourites such as Bad Guy, It's Raining, Touch Ya, Running Away from the Sun, I Do and Instead of Saying Goodbye at the 2-hour concert.

Who has the babiest face?

An online poll by a plastic surgery site rated Sohee of the Wondergirls as representing the best babyface. The online survey was conducted for a 3 month period (July to the end of September) and over 2100 people voted (1526 voters were plastic surgery clients). Sohee received more than half of the votes (52%, 1118 votes), second went to Moon Geun-young (17%, 365 votes) and third to Ko Ara (11% 236 votes).

The plastic surgery site explained the characteristics of a babyface- a round face which is not too big, a relatively short forehead, average length of nose with round and slightly upturned nose tip, large round doe eyes with double folds and a roll of fat (called “ae-kyo-sal” 애교살) under the eye.

This sounds like many Asian people. That explains why some Asians look way younger than their actual age. But we already knew that.

Big Bang Numero Uno

Big Bang has finally hit the scene again with their new music video “Number 1″. Although it was intended for Japanese fans, this music video geared towards the general public as well. With another song in English, not only do the Korean fans get to listen, but fans worldwide can enjoy this fresh track. With a crazy downbeat and easy to sing chorus, it’s no wonder this song is climbing the charts in Japan.

But why in English?

Considering it is being released in Japan, shouldn’t there be some Japanese used somewhere other than the translations on the bottom of the screen? All their rivals sing well in Japanese. So what is Big Bang afraid of?

During the KBS2TV program, “Happy together season 3″ on October 9th, Yong-woong-jae-joong of Dong-bang-shin-ki confessed that there have been times when fans have gone too far with the body contact, “At crowded places like airports where screaming fangirls and hands are everywhere trying to cop a feel, you don’t know whose hand belongs to who.” Generally, those random hands are feeling up Yong-woong’s chest or arms but for Junsu, it’s usually the butt.

Yong-woong added, “Even if one hand has finished molesting, another hand will take it’s place. And it’s not like the hand just rests on the butt-it actually massaging it!….this verges on sexual harassment!”
